What you listen to does make a difference! Owned and operated by Pine to Prairie Broadcasting, Inc., Q FM debuted on the air November 1st, 1993 as 'Q107'. The station broadcasts with 50,000 watts of power and operates 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Q107 studios and office are located 1 mile east of Fosston on US Highway 2. The change from 'Q107' to Q FM began July 7, 2008 with a complete image and format makeover to better server the growing translator network being developed by Shine the Light, Inc., which is the non-profit financial and ministry partner to Q FM.

Q FM is dedicated to the glory of God...being an enthusiastic servant, broadcasting the message of good news, faith, love and encouragement through Jesus Christ to all listeners. We strive to bring encouragement to the people of the region by promoting Biblical values that re-enforce the home, the family, and the church, through music and programs. As a servant to the community and the churches in the region, we desire to be used as a communicator, facilitator and resource. We also believe in encouraging economic growth for the area as well, and as a commercial radio station, we work to be a benefit to our advertisers.
