The Ready4Work Initiative is a faith-driven, community-centered effort designed to connect individuals to meaningful employment opportunities, including full-time, part-time, and day labor, while also providing the support needed to sustain long-term stability.
Through collaboration with partners such as Express Professional Staffing and PeopleReady, we are working together to remove barriers and open doors for individuals and families in our community who may be facing economic hardship.
What makes this initiative unique is the wraparound support provided to participants, including:
– Job readiness training and certifications
– Assistance obtaining IDs and Social Security documentation
– Transportation support
– Ongoing coaching and mentorship
We believe this initiative aligns deeply with our shared calling to serve, uplift, and walk alongside those in need, not only meeting immediate needs, but helping create pathways toward independence and dignity.
We would be honored to have you attend, bring members of your congregation, and help us spread the word to those who may benefit from this opportunity. Your presence would mean a great deal and further strengthen the spirit of unity and service within our community.
The Bemidji Full Gospel Men’s Prayer Breakfast will be held Saturday, April 4 in the Conference Room at Beltrami Electric Co-op. Starting at 8:00am, there will be a light breakfast followed by a time of fellowship and a testimony from featured speaker Mike Kaehler.
About Mike: I had struggled with my past for most of my life, and God made a way for me to be a better man, husband, and father. I’ve been married to a godly woman for 3 years, and I have a beautiful baby girl that fills my heart with joy. God has blessed me with my own business, Northern Minnesota Local Services LLC (NML Services), helping people with their home care and repair needs.
God has put on my heart to share my story with others so they can know that our LORD is a living and loving God.
Matthew 5:14-16
Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill can not be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
